Ms. Courtney has practiced family law for over two decades, concentrating her practice in the areas of divorce, distribution of marital assets, support and custody.

Ms. Courtney offers mediation services at her Yardley office. She completed her basic mediation training as well as training specifically for family law issues from the Montgomery County Mediation Center. Ms. Courtney incorporates evaluative mediation from her wealth of knowledge from over 26 years experience as a family law attorney with a blend of transformative and facilitative types of mediation, to help parties develop creative and amicable solutions to their custody and other family law disputes.

Ms. Courtney has received a BV Peer Review rating through Martindale-Hubbell system which attests to her professional ability and ethics based on confidential opinions of the local Bar and Judiciary. Martindale- Hubbell BV rating is defined as follows: “An indication of exemplary reputation and well-established practice. Ms. Courtney is an active member of the Bucks County Bar Association, as well as the Pennsylvania Bar Association.
